With over 17 years' experience as a consultant, developer and investor in the renewable energy sector, and more recently the UK property sector. Mark is responsible for the commercial and financial aspects of the business, including project appraisal and acquisition, cost oversight and project disposal. Mark is a FCCA certified accountant.

Tim Hughes
Project Manager

Tim Hughes

Tim is an accomplished project manager with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. A former member of the Society of British Interior Designers, he possesses a strong passion for distinctive design and high-quality finishes. Living in Norfolk with his young family for three years, he is directly involved in projects from initial negotiations with landowners, through to construction. He works closely with local architects, planning consultants, and the local planning authority to design and build properties that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and in keeping with the local area.
